CONDITIONS

1. The default rental period is from Sunday to Sunday for the cottages nr 09, nr 10, nr 86.
   
   
2. For the other cottage nr 86, the default rental period is from Friday to Friday.
   
   
3. Only week rental in the months of June-July-August-September & school holidays. Other
   months are open for discussion for rentals for weekends and midweek
   
   
4. When booking more than 1 month before the start of the rental period, 30% of the total rent has to be paid in advance, along with 100,00 Euro (= rental guarantee). Your reservation is only valid after payment. 
   
   
5. The balance of the total rental price must be transferred at least 30 days before the start date of the rental period.
   
   
6. Cancellation can only be done by registered letter. In case of cancellation we charge an administration fee of 50,00 Euro. 
   
   
7. In case of a cancellation within 2 months before your arrival, 50% of the total rental price will be charged as costs. 
   
   
8. In case of a cancellation within 1 month before your arrival, 100% of the total rental price will be charged as costs.
   
   
9. Collection of the keys: on the day of arrival between 14-15 hours, except if other arrangements were made by both parties prior to arrival. At that time the keys/access badge for the park will be handed over to you. In case of loss of the keys or access badge 30,00 Euro will be retained from the deposit.
   
   
10. Please inspect the cottage upon arrival and report any irregularities within 24 hours by phone. After that, no more complaints will be accepted. Serious complaints = registered letter.
    
    
11. On the day of departure the cottage has to be vacant by 9.45 am.
    
    
12. Consumption of water & electricity is included in the rental price. 
    
    
13. Possibility to rent extra bicycles during your stay. Women’s, men's and children's bikes. This is in collaboration with bicycle house CATTRYSSE, Leopoldlaan 16, 8420 De Haan. 
    
    
14. Final cleaning is included in the price. 
    
    
15. The deposit of 100.00 Euro is refunded within two weeks after your departure. If there is any damage or if there are things missing, these will also be settled with the deposit.
    
    
16. The cottage is non-smoking, so please smoke outside. 
    
    
17. For hygiene reasons, pets are not allowed. 
    
    
18. Every cottage has one numbered, private car park in the immediate vicinity of the home and is included in the rental price. 
    
    
19. Please only use this parking space. 
    
    
20. Waste: according to the rental period there are a number of garbage bags of the municipality De Haan in the rental price, additional garbage bags can be obtained in supermarkets/newsstands of De Haan. It is not allowed to throw other bags than the official bags in the waste depositing. The waste bags can be deposited on the repositories that are foreseen in the park. Glass can be deposited in the glass containers of the municipality of De Haan. (At the exit of the park to the left at 100 meters).
    
    
21. When leaving the cottage, please take care of the following:
    -Close all windows/doors.
    -Empty/clean the refrigerator.
    -Do the dishes and put all the kitchenware back in its place.
    –Deposit all waste in the gathering place.
    -We assume that you leave the house cleaned and that you clean all used housewares.
    -Empty the dishwasher as well.
